Coreydale completed the first phase of Daniels Waterfront development in the winter of 2016. This project proved to be challenging due to the unfavorable conditions posed by its proximity to Lake Ontario. As a result, the high water table made an innovative solution necessary for the unique complications. Coreydale excavated approximately 90,000 cubic metres of fill and shale to complete the excavation of the four level underground parking garage.
