The Revitalization of Regent Park is a Toronto Housing Community initiative focused on restoring the downtown community that is bordered by River Street, Queen Street East, Gerrard Street, and Parliament Street. Coreydale excavated multiple condominiums and townhouse projects in the Regent Park area under some challenging conditions and restrictions.
